Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Clinic Operator to join Arkansas Health Group at BHFC-Lakewood. This full-time clerical role handles incoming calls and routes inquiries to the correct department or staff member.

Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Requires a high school diploma or GED and strong customer service skills; clinic experience is preferred and typing speed 35–40 wpm is desirable. This position offers standard benefits and stable schedules.

• Previous clinic experience preferred
• Excellent customer service/interpersonal communication skills
• Multi-line telephone experience a plus
