Homewatch CareGivers in St. Charles, IL is seeking an Office Assistant to support file coordination, client referrals, and phone coverage. This part-time role offers 30-35 hours per week with shared phone duties 2-3 times weekly and every third weekend.

Hourly compensation starts at $11.00–$13.00/hr. A smart, excited individual with good computer literacy is encouraged to apply. This is an in-office position with the franchisee’s management.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a small team.

• Coordinate patient/caregiver files and records.
• Make client referral calls and caregiver referral calls.
• Provide general phone coverage and scheduling support.
