Job summary

HomeWatch is seeking a dependable, caring part-time caregiver / office & marketing assistant to join our team. The role combines hands-on caregiving with light office support and community outreach. This position offers a morning schedule that fits well with various commitments.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–10:30 AM. Responsibilities include caregiving, clerical tasks, scheduling, and local outreach to promote HomeWatch services.

• Willing to assist with community outreach and marketing
• Previous caregiving, healthcare, office, or customer-service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Caregiving – provide compassionate, dependable care and companionship to clients.
• Caregiving – assist with daily activities and client needs as directed.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the HomeWatch team.
• Follow all HomeWatch policies and care procedures.
• Office & Marketing – complete basic clerical and administrative tasks.
• Organize paperwork, records, and office materials.
• Make phone calls and assist with scheduling or follow-up.
• Help with local marketing and community outreach.
• Visit local businesses and community organizations to promote HomeWatch services.
• Help build relationships and increase awareness of HomeWatch in the community.
