Job summary

HP, Inc. is seeking a Global Office Print Product Marketing Manager: Portfolio Solutions & Services Lead to shape how Enterprise and SMB print services and solutions are brought to market.

You will translate complex technology and customer needs into clear launch strategies and compelling narratives across segments and channels. The ideal candidate is strategic, insight-driven, and able to connect hardware, services, and solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, portfolio strategy, go-to-market planning, or a related strategic marketing function.
• Strong ability to translate complex products, services, and technology solutions into clear customer value propositions and differentiated messaging.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams, including product, category, sales, and market marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise, SMB, or technology solution buyer needs, with the ability to connect market insights to business strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and create executive-ready narratives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, drive alignment across teams, and move work forward in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio-level strategy across Enterprise and SMB services & solutions to align priorities, launch plans, audience needs, and customer narratives.
• Lead go-to-market planning and launch readiness for new products, services, and solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Connect Enterprise and SMB solutions & services offerings into a cohesive portfolio story showing HP’s ecosystem working together.
• Apply insights to inform launch strategy, roadmap alignment, segmentation, messaging, and cross-portfolio decisions.
• Partner with product, category, sales, and market teams across the NPI lifecycle to align strategy, content, enablement, and execution.
• Develop launch frameworks, enablement direction, and storytelling guidance to simplify portfolio messages for Enterprise and SMB growth.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen portfolio differentiation and launch effectiveness.
• Serve as a strategic connector translating portfolio priorities into actionable plans and field-ready materials.
