Job summary

Sci Corp is seeking an experienced operations administrator to manage the financial and administrative functions for a funeral home, cemetery, and related operations. You will oversee accounting, payroll, document control, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

You will coordinate with various departments, handle vendor relations, and support management with proper documentation and data integrity. This role requires discretion, compassion, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years bookkeeping, general office, clerical accounting, and Accounts Payable experience required.
• Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.
• High level of compassion, integrity, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Verifies/audits cash disbursement reports.
• Interment Verification Training (IVT) audits.
• Maintains and reconciles accounts and formulates financial reports.
• Oversees payroll processing and company HR-related tasks.
• Supports location management and document control.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, SOX, and training programs.
