About Constellation
Constellation is building a foundation model of human state, translating multimodal human data into generalizable embeddings to power next-generation clinical, robotic, and AI systems. We are a fast-moving, venture-backed startup of 15–20 researchers and engineers in San Francisco, and we need an operational anchor to keep our physical workspace running like clockwork.
Key Responsibilities
Office Environment & Cleanliness: Ensure the office remains highly organized, clean, and welcoming. Manage standard daily tidying and coordinate with our weekly deep-cleaning vendor.
Supplies & Snack Procurement: Manage ordering of supplies for team members. Keep the kitchen fully stocked with groceries, drinks, and snacks. Monitor and order office and equipment.
Furniture & Asset Logistics: Coordinate the ordering, delivery, assembly, and layout of office furniture, standing desks, and specialized ergonomic equipment as the team grows.
Commercial Waste & Logistics (Immediate Priority): Take immediate ownership of our large-volume waste and cardboard recycling. Phase out ad-hoc gig-worker fixes and establish a robust, scheduled commercial waste solution with Recology SF or building management.
Vendor & Facility Management: Act as the main point of contact for building management, HVAC maintenance, ISPs, and utility providers.
Financial Admin: Assist with processing office-related invoices and rent payments through our AP tools.
