Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking an Office Operations Coordinator to oversee the physical maintenance and operation of territory locations, including sales, delivery, and warehouse spaces. The role includes managing Power Fleet programs and coordinating with HQ and territory leadership.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of multitasking, and possess strong communication skills, with 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of territory locations including repairs and housekeeping.
• Install, maintain, or move office equipment as needed.
• Coordinate with HQ and territory leadership on facilities needs.
• Manage local service provider agreements and vendor communications.
• Handle daily communications between Power and Property Management.
• Assist in budgeting for territory operations and facilities.
• Support logistics and storage of territory property, supplies and materials.
• Assist with local events and front desk administration.
