Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing physical maintenance of territory locations, including repairs and housekeeping.
• Install, maintain, or move office equipment and furniture as needed.
• Coordinate communications between HQ, territory leadership, and facility managers.
• Manage local service provider agreements and vendor relationships.
• Assist in budgeting for territory operations and track facility-related expenses.
