Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking an Office Operations Coordinator to oversee the physical maintenance and operation of Territory locations, including combined sales and delivery, and warehouse spaces. They will manage Power Fleet programs and coordinate with HQ and territory leadership for efficient operations.

Responsibilities include repairs, equipment movement, vendor management, budget oversight, security systems, and event support, requiring strong organization and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or technical school and 1-2 years of relevant prior work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects or requests simultaneously.
• Strong written, verbal, and quantitative communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing physical maintenance of territory locations, including repairs and housekeeping.
• Install, maintain, or move different pieces of office equipment as needed.
• Communicate with HQ and territory leadership to align on operations.
• Identify, manage, and maintain vendor/service provider agreements locally.
• Assist in managing budgets and logistics for territory properties and inventory.
• Provide support for local events and front desk administration.
