The Office Operations Analyst is responsible for a wide range of services including reception, customer support, mail/shipping, and administrative support. The role involves preparing conference rooms, managing meeting space reservations, supporting guest access, and providing customer support with accurate information and timely follow-up.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting life safety efforts such as badge access and audit reports.
  2. Managing operations to ensure compliance with policies and budgets.
  3. Adding value through proactive task management and process improvements.
  4. Providing customer services such as workspace setup, A/V support, and event support.
  5. Handling invoices and managing vendor relationships.
  6. Preparing and analyzing data reports related to office activities.

Job requirements include working onsite at 3575 Piedmont Rd NE Atlanta, GA, with generally Monday – Friday hours, and the ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs.

Basic qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.

Preferred qualifications include problem-solving skills, technical proficiency with MS Office, experience in hospitality, professionalism, proactive customer service, and team collaboration.
