General RV Center in Salisbury, NC is seeking an Office Operations Associate to join our growth-minded team. You will process liens and titling, support finance directors, and help with daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced dealership setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; associate’s degree preferred but not required.
• Self-starter with ability to shift between multiple tasks with little direction.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Familiarity with SQL-based reporting.
• Prior experience with titling, billing, or dealership operations preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a team in a fast-paced office.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify out-of-state liens and titling.
• Responsible for assisting team of finance directors and managers with various tasks.
• Reconciling daily and weekly SQL reports.
• Responsible for assisting with general Human Resource related functions.
• Cross-train and provide backup support to existing administrative support team.
• Other duties as requested by management.

Qualifications
