Job summary

Ascension is seeking a part-time patient services team member in Oshkosh, WI, within the Internal Medicine department. This role supports the full patient lifecycle, from greeting visitors to scheduling appointments and handling check-in/out.

You will verify demographics, obtain insurance authorizations, collect co-pays and balances, and provide essential clerical support. The position requires a High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of related experience, with potential licensure accepted

• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and previous balances and reconcile reports and deposits to ensure financial accuracy.
• Answer telephones, screen calls, take messages, and provide essential clerical support.
