Job summary

Gibson Area Hospital & Health Services in Urbana is seeking an RN or LPN for full-time days, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. The staff nurse serves as both caregiver and care manager, applying the Nursing Process and coordinating care with the health team.

You will perform assessments, document care, teach patients, and participate in performance improvement activities. Reporting relationships and safety standards guide daily duties as you help maintain high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Performs assessment and data collection in an ongoing and systematic manner.
• Delivers care using the Nursing Process and predefined standards.
• Documents responsibilities following facility guidelines and nursing standards.
• Demonstrates ability to coordinate care with nursing staff and other health team members.
