Job summary

The staff RN at Gibson Area Hospital & Health Services provides professional nursing care and care management to a designated patient group, applying the Nursing Process and therapeutic self-use to achieve outcomes.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, document diligently, collaborate with the health care team, and participate in quality improvement and staff development activities while upholding Illinois Practice Act standards.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license or eligible for licensure.
• Strong patient-care and documentation skills required.
• Ability to work weekend shifts and collaborate with teams.
