Job summary

Avita Health System in Ontario, OH, is seeking a Medical Assistant to join the WorkWell Department. This role performs a variety of administrative and direct care tasks to promote patient comfort and smooth patient flow.

Required: high school diploma or equivalent, BLS certification (or obtained within 30 days), and a valid driver's license. Preferred: certification or registration as a Medical Assistant, STNA, EMT or Paramedic.

Position Overview

Performs a variety of administrative and direct care services to promote patient comfort and customer satisfaction. Responsible for patient flow throughout the visitation process and performing required procedures and tasks as directed.
