Job summary

Avita Health System in Ontario, OH is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our Rheumatology office. You will assist with patient care and administrative tasks to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent service in a specialty clinic.

We’re currently seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our Rheumatology office at our Ontariolocation.

Position Overview

Performs a variety of administrative and direct care services to promote patient comfort and customer satisfaction. Responsible for patient flow throughout the visitation process and performing required procedures and tasks as directed.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• BLS Certification or obtained within 30 days of hire
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred:

• Certification or Registration as a Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Tech, STNA, EMT or Paramedic.
