Job summary

State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products. This Seattle-area agency seeks an outgoing, customer-focused Agent Team Member to build relationships and assist clients with service needs.

You will promote insurance options, respond to inquiries, and work with a team to provide quality service while pursuing licensing requirements for Property & Casualty and Life & Health products.

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Compensation: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
