Job summary

Massey Services, based in Orlando, Florida, is hiring for a customer service position. You will handle incoming calls, resolve inquiries, and assist with scheduling and billing. A strong emphasis is placed on courteous service and problem solving.

The role includes outbound calls to confirm appointments and collect overdue payments, with opportunities for daily reporting and routine administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED at a minimum.
• Previous experience with customer service on the phone.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Excellent computer, typing, and 10-key skills.
• Time management talent and a sense of urgency.
• Background checks will be completed on all candidates considered for hire.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming customer calls in a courteous & professional manner; resolving customer inquiries, requests, billing questions, and scheduling service; welcoming prospective new customers interested in learning about our services.
• There is also a high volume of outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction, confirm service appointments, and collect overdue payments.
• Additional responsibilities may expand to include daily reporting; updating customer account information; accounts payable; human resource paperwork; payroll processing; etc.
