Job summary

Compleat Kidz in Roanoke Rapids, NC is seeking a hands-on Clinic Administrator to lead daily operations across Occupational, Physical, Speech, and ABA therapies. You will oversee front desk, scheduling, billing support, and HIPAA compliance, while building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

The role offers a base salary of $60,000 per year with an incentive plan that can bring total earnings up to $100,000, depending on leadership performance and clinic

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a healthcare or clinical office setting.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of pediatric therapy services (OT, PT, ST, ABA preferred).
• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new technology.
• Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations across multiple disciplines.
• Lead and support front desk team members, including referral intake, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Interview, hire and train BT/RBTs ensuring high‑quality care
• Ensure efficient clinic workflows while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with billing, payroll, and insurance authorizations.
• Build strong, positive relationships with providers, staff, and families.
