As the Office Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing administrative support for one or more regional offices. The Office Manager supervises many administrative duties, including answering telephones, greeting patients, updating, and filing patients’ medical records, filling out insurance forms, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and collecting payments. They also facilitate communication between the patient and other health care professionals.

  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
