Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled, multi-faceted Craftsman to join our team in Santa Rosa County. In this role, you will help homeowners and local businesses throughout Escambia and Santa Rosa County maintain, repair, and improve their properties. This is a full-time, W-2 position that offers the independence of field work alongside the stability, support, and steady hours of an established, locally owned business backed by the national Ace Hardware brand.

What Success Looks Like

On a day-to-day basis, you will arrive at our office or head straight to your first job in a company-provided van. You will handle a variety of small-to-medium home repair and improvement projects, from patching drywall and fixing trim to swapping out light fixtures or repairing tile. You will interact directly with customers, explaining the scope of work and ensuring they are satisfied with the final result.

Key Responsibilities
