Dr. Tavel in Indiana is seeking an Office Manager to lead our eye care team and deliver exceptional patient experiences. This role oversees daily operations, hires and trains staff, manages scheduling, and ensures service excellence across the office.

You will collaborate with doctors, manage inventory, monitor performance metrics, uphold brand standards, and travel to support other locations as needed. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail/healthcare setting and hold yourself to high standards,

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or healthcare environment.
• Optical experience – knowledge of how to troubleshoot glasses and guide customers through lens options.
• Natural communicator who connects easily with people, sets clear expectations, and follows through.
• Thrives on structure, detail, and continuous improvement.
• Availability to work during office hours (including some Saturdays) and flexibility to travel to support other locations as needed.
