Job summary

CSKT Tribal Health Department in Ronan, Montana, seeks an Office Manager (Medical) to oversee administrative functions within a tribal health setting.

The successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license and meet education or experience criteria for Level 1 or Level 2.

The successful applicant must have a Valid and unrestricted drivers license, and for Level 1- Associates Degree in a medical related field or 2 years of related experience and/or training. For Level 2- Bachelors Degree in a medical related field or 4 years of related experience and/or training.

All applicants must submit a Tribal application, a copy of academic transcripts, certifications, proof of state licensure, copy of valid drivers license, if claiming Tribal preference, proof of enrollment from a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT, and if claiming veterans preference, a copy of the DD214 must be submitted. FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION DURING THE SCREENING PROCESS.

This position is not a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy.

The successful applicant, if not already employed by the Tribes must pass a pre-hire drug test, and serve a mandatory six (6) month probationary period.

Salary for Level 1 -$17.60 - $20.23, Level 2 - $18.30 - $21.03 per hour, plus benefits, may be employed under contract.
