Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for our Design Associates and follow up on proposals.
• Drive customer engagement through timely follow-ups and inquiries.
• Plan local marketing initiatives to grow the business.
• Represent the company at home shows and events (evenings/weekends possible).
• Keep the office organized, welcoming, and running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate financial records and update QuickBooks daily (training provided).
• Track business-related expenses to ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Owner weekly to review sales and orders.
• Order materials and coordinate job installations with customers and installers.
• Update Salesforce daily with job progress and schedules.
