Role Overview

Xerxes Global is seeking an experienced, proactive Office Manager and Accountant to oversee the smooth operation of our office located in Dublin. The ideal candidate will handle diverse responsibilities including administrative duties, IT troubleshooting, coordination, and executive support. This role requires a professional who can manage daily operations, anticipate needs, and foster a positive work environment. Skills needed include proficiency with MS Office and basic IT support, excellent communication, customer service passion, and problem-solving abilities. This position is crucial for supporting company growth and success.

Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the point person for office management duties.
  2. Maintain the office environment and coordinate repairs.
  3. Greet guests and support visitors.
  4. Manage office supplies, inventory, and snacks.
  5. Handle mail and packages.
  6. Operate and troubleshoot office equipment.
  7. Manage shared conference room scheduling.
  8. Collaborate with HR and management on office procedures.
  9. Negotiate with vendors and service providers.
  10. Assist with organizing company-wide and office-specific activities.
  11. Liaise with facility management.
  12. Maintain calendars for leadership as needed.
  13. Support onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  14. Provide hardware support and coordinate repairs and troubleshooting.
  15. Coordinate shuttle services between the office and Union Station.
