The role includes processing Navy ERP PCARD purchases, generating and renewing staff security clearances yearly, assisting visitors with travel and logistics, and coordinating upgrades or repairs

Responsibilities

• Prepare standard correspondence, reports and documents ensuring proper grammar and format per Naval Correspondence Manual.
• Process PCARD purchases using Navy ERP.
• Generate and renew off-center security clearances for staff on an annual basis.
• Support visitors with travel information and logistics for the TPO.
• Schedule upgrade and repair of office equipment as needed.
