Our client is a well-established real estate firm with a growing presence in South Florida. While the office is new, the team is backed by years of industry success and an energetic, forward-thinking partner who brings both professionalism and personality to the work environment. Their team is now looking for an Office Manager!

Salary/Hourly Rate

$65k - $75k

Position Overview

We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on Office Manager who's fluent in Spanish and excited to be the go-to person for all things operational in our fast-paced Design District office. This role is ideal for someone with 5 - 6 years of administrative experience, a strong work ethic, a bubbly and upbeat personality, and a can-do attitude. You'll be working closely with a partner who is driven and focused-but also fun and approachable. Responsibilities Of The Office Manager

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations.
  • Handle vendor relationships and coordinate office maintenance.
  • Process and track invoices and payments.
  • Act as a liaison between departments, leadership, and external partners.
  • Order office supplies and manage office inventory.
  • Be the point person for any office needs-no task is too big or too small.
  • Create and maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Support special projects and events as needed.
  • Maintain a professional and positive office culture.

Required Experience/Skills for the Office Manager:

  • 5 - 6 years of experience in an office management, operations, or administrative role.
  • Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written) required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, energetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Office Manager:

  • Previous experience in a real estate or professional services environment is a plus.
  • Experience supporting executives or partners directly.
  • Familiarity with invoice processing and vendor management tools.

Education Requirements:

  • Degree not required but is a plus.
