Job summary

Massey Services is seeking a customer service representative to answer and route calls, resolve inquiries, and schedule pest prevention services from our Orlando-based operations. The role includes handling high call volume, data entry, and occasional administrative tasks in a busy office environment.

We offer a full benefits package and an hourly wage of $18-$20, with opportunities for advancement and further training within Massey Services across multiple service centers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with customer service on the phone preferred.
• Strong problem solving and computer/typing skills required.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a courteous, professional manner and resolve inquiries, billing questions, and service scheduling.
• Handle a high volume of outbound calls to confirm appointments and collect overdue payments.
• Update customer accounts and process basic payroll/human resources paperwork as needed.

Compensation - $18-$20 per hour

Job responsibilities

Answering incoming customer calls in a courteous & professional manner; resolving customer inquiries, requests, billing questions, and scheduling service; as well as welcoming prospective new customers interested in learning about our services. There is also a high volume of outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction, confirm service appointments, and collect overdue payments. Additional responsibilities may expand to include daily reporting; updating customer account information; accounts payable; human resource paperwork; payroll processing; etc.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED at a minimum
• Previous experience with customer service on the phone
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent computer, typing, and 10-key skills
• Time management talent and a sense of urgency
• Background checks will be completed on all candidates considered for hire.
