Job summary

Massey Services is seeking a customer service representative in Baton Rouge, LA. You will handle inbound calls, assist customers with service inquiries, and schedule appointments while welcoming new customers. The role emphasizes accurate data handling and courteous communication.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, prior phone-based customer service, strong problem solving and solid computer/typing skills. A quality benefits package accompanies this position.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming customer calls in a courteous & professional manner; resolving customer inquiries, requests, billing questions, and scheduling service; as well as welcoming prospective new customers interested in learning about our services.
• There is also a high volume of outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction, confirm service appointments, and collect overdue payments.
• Additional responsibilities may expand to include daily reporting; updating customer account information; accounts payable; human resource paperwork; payroll processing; etc.
