  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret guidelines and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee all daily practice operations.
  • Supervise front desk staff, dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists to maximize efficiency.
  • Establish, implement, and monitor office policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate staff performance and work quality on a regular basis.
  • Review of operational and financial reports.
  • Prepare, manage, and monitor practice budgets.
  • Oversee appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out, treatment plan presentation, and financial coordination.
  • Maintain general ledger, billing systems, and cash controls.
  • Develop staff schedules to ensure optimal productivity.
  • Respond to clinical and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Hire, train, and supervise new office employees.
  • Provide strong individual and team leadership to ensure exceptional patient service.

Position Overview
