Job summary

Wright Physical Therapy in Twin Falls, Idaho is seeking a dedicated Full-time Office Manager to be the face of the organization and deliver the exemplary patient experience we are committed to providing.

You will greet patients, manage referrals and authorizations, maintain patient charts and EMR, handle payments, and support statistical reporting for clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of medical front office experience.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Team player with customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service.
• Referral management.
• Authorization oversight.
• Maintain patient charts and electronic medical records (EMR).
• Collect, post, and deposit patient payments.
• Fax, file, and perform any other duties as assigned.
