Darkhive is hiring an Office Manager to support multiple departments and ensure seamless operations at two secure San Antonio locations. The role is non-exempt and hourly, reporting to the Chief of Staff, with responsibilities spanning facilities, admin coordination, and on-site visitor management.
You will manage schedules, coordinate events, and maintain office supplies while upholding workplace safety and compliance standards in a fast-paced environment.

The Office Manager is a professional, hands-on role working across multiple departments to ensure seamless operations. This position will support and split the work week at two secure Darkhive locations in San Antonio, Texas.
This is a non-exempt, hourly role reporting to the Chief of Staff. This role is on-site daily at Darkhive locations in San Antonio, Texas.
