Baskervill is seeking an experienced Office Manager to shape the operations of our 150-person Richmond workplace. The role offers autonomy and variety, with opportunities to improve efficiency and contribute to a renowned AEC practice.
You will supervise front office activities, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate facilities, events, and employee support in a hybrid work environment.

While our teams design environments for our communities, we’re looking for an Office Manager to help design the operations of our 150-person Richmond workplace.
