Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office operations to maintain an efficient, organized, and professional work environment.
  • Screening individuals by phone and in person to determine service needs.
  • Complete intake documentation including demographics, release of information, and financial verification.
  • Support hiring managers with onboarding activities and new team member processes.
  • Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges with billing and clinical teams.
  • Prepare correspondence, forms, reports, and summaries for clinical staff.
  • Maintain census information and program records; review charts and file as needed.
