Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Health Management, or related field; OR High school diploma with 4+ years in office admin/related functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced computer proficiency including Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of confidentiality in health services.
  • Strong understanding of policies, procedures, and program operations.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy; valid driver's license and ability to pass background screenings.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office operations to maintain an efficient, organized environment.
  • Screen individuals by phone and in person to assist services access.
  • Complete intake documentation including demographics and financial verification.
  • Support onboarding activities for new staff and administrative processes.
  • Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges with billing and clinical teams.
  • Prepare correspondence, forms, reports and summaries for clinical staff.
  • Maintain census information and program records; conduct chart reviews and filing as needed.
  • Review and submit group logs and related documentation within set timeframes.
  • Foster professional relationships with referrals, clients, team members, and community partners.
  • Supervise team members and provide leadership support when assigned.
