Job summary

Armadin is seeking an Office Manager in Palo Alto to be the friendly face of our campus andensure a seamless front desk experience and top-notch office operations. You will own day-to-day logistics from supplies to conference logistics, drive culture through onboarding and team events, and partner with People and IT to keep operations running smoothly in a fast-growing environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in office management, a proactive mindset, and the ability to juggle priorities

What You'll Do

• Own Front of House: Be the first face candidates, investors, and partners see, running the front desk, badging, and conference rooms with white-glove logistics for board meetings and investor visits.




• Make the Office Run: Own supplies, vendors, building management, mail, and moves/buildouts so seamlessly that nobody notices — it just works.




• Build the Culture: Drive all-hands, team lunches, and offsites, partner with People and IT on great day-one onboarding, and grab problems that don't have an owner yet.
