Summary: The Office Manager (OM) provides a celebrity experience for all stakeholders through upkeep of the campus, communicating effectively, maintaining data and resources, supporting campus events, following state compliance requirements, and upholding campus safety.
Pay Range: $ 27.00 - $ 37.00 / hour USD
our Day to Day:
Create and maintain relationship with all staff, students, parents, and visitors by being a warm, welcoming presence at the front desk.
Communicate proactively with parents, students, staff, and support services (both internal and external) to generate high stakeholder satisfaction while ensuring smooth campus operations.
Maintain stock of supplies and materials on campus.
Manage campus communication systems (phone messages, campus e-mail inbox, mailbox, website, monthly newsletters, mailing lists, calendars, etc.)
Support campus event planning for students, staff, parents, and community members, including Teacher Appreciation Week, Prom, Graduation, holiday parties, and parent appreciation events.
Support DSS in gathering and maintaining student records and parent information in our Student Information System.
Process payments for tuition, ancillary services, and campus programming the day they are received.
Assist staff in navigating campus and company procedures.
Manage student medication needs in alignment with Fusion, state, and local standards.
Support campus safety by acting as an integral member of the campus Crisis Management team, organizing safety drills, maintaining a sign-in/sign-out system, and ensuring all team members can adhere to students' off-campus privilege allowances.

Campus adherence to local, state, national, and Fusion operational requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Administrative Assistant experience preferred.
Background in education preferred.
Highly organized with effective time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Patient, understanding, and supportive nature.
