Job summary

Neighborly is seeking an Office Manager for the Aire Serv team in Irving, TX. The role supports the President and Leadership Team, coordinating meetings, setting priorities, and driving administrative projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requires 2+ years as an administrative assistant or executive assistant, with an Associates degree preferred. Competitive pay, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM local time, and benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Support Aire Serv President and Leadership Team.
• Lead/facilitate ASV Leadership meetings from cadence to agendas, timekeeping and follow-up.
• Coordinate and facilitate ASV MTTD to ensure meetings are set with the appropriate team members.
• Receive general direction and set priorities for assigned work.
• Work is generally varied and administrative or project oriented.
• Lead and/or work with others and assist Franchisees.

As an Office Manager on the Aire Serv team, a typical day for you will include:

• Support Aire Serv President and Leadership Team.
• Demonstrates expertise in asserting influence without authority to get agreed-upon goals accomplished.
• Lead/facilitate ASV Leadership meetings from ensuring they happen on cadence with agendas, to staying on time/topic and tracking action items and follow up.
• Coordinate and facilitate ASV MTTD to ensure meetings are set with the appropriate team members.
• Receive general direction.
• Set priorities and define methods for accomplishing assigned work.
• Work is generally varied and administrative or project oriented.
• Requires the ability to lead and/or work with others.
• Perform considerable coordination and follow-through and assist Franchisees.
• Bring your skills and achieve success.

Required Qualifications

• Adapts to changing priorities within a dynamic, fast paced environment.
• Ability to handle the stress that may arise due to shifting workload, irate clients, or errors made by staff.
• Ability to identify root causes of problems and provide effective solutions to eliminate further occurrences.
• Articulate clearly and precisely in verbal and written forms to subordinates, clients, associates, prospective candidates.

Education: Associates Degree preferred but not required.

Experience: 2+ years as an administrative assistant or executive assistant.

Competitive Pay: Commensurate with experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM local time zone
