Job summary

Merry Maids in Des Moines, CA is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to direct all branch activities and deliver extraordinary customer service in our target market. You will build and lead teams, recruit staff, manage safety, and drive sales/marketing strategies to grow revenue and brand reputation.

You will oversee office functions, budgeting, salary planning, and performance evaluations while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• BS/BA related discipline or equivalent experience preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school: or six months to one year related experience and/or training
• 3-5 years of business management experience preferred
• P & L and asset management and experience in sales management strongly preferred
• Experience setting and surpassing aggressive sales, service, and profit goals
• Job requires travel as necessary for training purposes

Responsibilities
