Champion Window - Office Manager

If you are an ambitious, detail-oriented individual with a commitment to excellent service, join the Champion Window team. As an Office Manager, you will be part of an organization focused on providing exceptional customer service for high-quality, made-in-America products. This role involves directing the Customer Service function of a Champion store, supervising a small office staff, handling accounts payable and receivable, and supporting the local Human Resources department.

Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts receivable and invoice entry in Dynamics AX
  • Handle accounts payable invoice entry in Dynamics AX
  • Perform data entry in Access database
  • Prepare month-end schedules and collaborate with the centralized accounting team for accurate financial reporting
  • Coordinate with remote teams to ensure adherence to Champion processes and policies
  • Supervise, assist, and train office staff to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues
  • Investigate customer issues and find solutions
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email using the Champion script
  • Ensure proper vendor and subcontractor documentation and recordkeeping (W9s, Certificates of Insurance)
  • Manage employee documentation, recordkeeping, and confidential files
  • Support centralized Accounting and Human Resources departments
  • Complete local payroll responsibilities
Qualifications
  • Ability to lead a team and ensure customer service excellence
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant customer service and bookkeeping experience; supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with remote locations daily
  • Team-oriented mindset to improve processes and systems
  • Ability to build professional relationships at all organizational levels
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Completion of a standardized accounting test with a minimum qualifying score
  • Experience with job cost analysis is a plus
