Job summary

Cornerstone Apartments in Denver, CO is seeking an Office Manager to lead the charge in maintaining safe, efficient, and welcoming environments across our Denver-based offices. You will manage office, facilities, and vehicle fleet functions while supporting our people-focused culture.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of Office Management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work onsite five days a week.

  • Proficiency with office productivity software and digital collaboration tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Fleet Oversight: Drive fleet operations prioritizing safety, efficiency, and accountability.
  • Maintain fleet compliance: registrations, insurance, and driver records.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance and vendor partnerships.
  • Manage office facilities, stocking, and mail routing.
  • Plan and support 10+ all-company events annually.
  • Assist HR with onboarding and cross-department communications.

We are looking for an Office Manager to lead the charge in maintaining safe, efficient, and welcoming environments across our Denver based offices. You will manage a variety of office, facilities, and vehicle fleet functions across all departments. Responsibilities
Vehicle Fleet Oversight (35%)
  • Drive fleet operations, ensuring we prioritize safety, efficiency, and accountability with our fleet and drivers
  • Ensure vehicles are compliant with state and local laws, including registration, insurance, and driver compliance
  • Track and coordinate maintenance for vehicles, including ad wraps, recalls, and insurance claims
  • Maintain our fleet related databases, including accident tracking, vendor contacts, and driver assignments
  • Work with our fleet vendors to ensure successful partnerships
  • Implement and improve processes to elevate fleet operations
Office Facilities and Stocking (30%)
  • Coordinate with our contracted vendors to keep buildings functional, clean, safe, comfortable, and compliant
  • Maintain organization across offices, including supply ordering and stocking for all departments
  • Sort all incoming mail and office deliveries to the correct departments and staff
  • Handle urgent issues related to the office, including functionality of our cameras and monitoring systems, water leaks, power outages, and theft
  • Create an enjoyable office environment through periodic tidying of spaces, playing great music, and being a friendly and supportive member of the team
Events and Activities (25%)
  • Oversee planning for 10+ annual all-company events, including our elegant Holiday Party, happy hours and food trucks, Golf Tournament, Awards Ceremony, and more!
  • Plan and execute wellness activities to help boost employee health
HR (10%)
  • Join the HR team in serving staff and keeping internal operations flowing smoothly
  • Help with onboarding new hires: desk setup, building access, ID badges, uniforms, and a tour with a warm welcome
  • Serve as a central hub for internal communication, keeping departments aligned and informed on office procedures and cross-department initiatives
  • Process invoices and track expenses for all areas of oversight
  • Other duties as assigned
QualificationsQualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of Office Management Experience
  • Skilled in office productivity software and digital collaboration tools
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced atmosphere requiring high flexibility and problem solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to solve problems with autonomy
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse population
  • Willingness and ability to work onsite, in person five days per week in Denver, CO
Compensation Package
  • $70,000 - $75,000 per year
  • 2 weeks of Paid Time Off to start, earned on an accrual basis, Sick Pay, Parental leave
  • 9 Paid Holidays, including your birthday
  • 401k - 100% vested after 90 days, up to a 4% match of gross salary
  • Medical, Dental, Vision (90% paid by Cornerstone), Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital, and Life Insurance
