Centerspace in Longmont, CO is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to rent apartments and deliver outstanding resident service. You’ll guide applicants through the leasing process, show units, and maintain occupancy while upholding Fair Housing guidelines.
The shift is Tuesday to Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM, with 20–22 USD hourly base pay, and benefits including monthly commissions, PTO, holidays, caregiver/parental leave, and rent discounts.

You will guide your own success by achieving leasing goals and building professional relationships with prospective and current residents. What's in it for you? The base salary for this position is expected to start at $20.00- $22.00/hour, with the actual base salary amount dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate's credentials, relevant experience, and primary job location, with consideration given to internal equity. Successful Leasing Consultant demonstrates an unparallel commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction while helping customers find their perfect home. You will report to the Community Leader and your work schedule will include Saturdays. Summary Responsible for the rental of apartment units to always ensure maximum occupancy and an exceptional customer experience that promotes optimal retention by performing the following duties personally. Expectations Follows already established procedures. Complies with all internal leasing policies, Fair Housing requirements and all other applicable laws and regulations. Generally given substantial guidance but expected to be self-directed once trained. Able to follow instructions, prioritize duties and comply with deadlines.
