Qualifications

  • 5+ years of administrative or office coordination experience.
  • Friendly, energetic, and client-service oriented.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with event planning or project coordination.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
  • Able to multitask in a fast-moving team environment.

About the Role

As the Office Manager, you will play a central role in the daily operations of our office, ensuring everything is organized, prepared, and running efficiently. You will help create a professional and welcoming experience for both clients and team members, while taking ownership of office readiness, scheduling coordination, facilities management, and event support.
