Job summary

Dynamic Creatures is seeking an office manager to be the face of the office, set the tone for day-to-day operations, and plan events that make this an amazing place to work. This role is in-person in Cambridge, MA, five days per week.

You will greet visitors, coordinate access, manage calendars, plan social events, handle swag, and keep the kitchenette stocked. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, outgoing, and reliable, with 1–2+ years in office management or related roles and comfort

  • 1–2+ years in office management, facilities, or executive support.
  • Naturally organized and proactive.
  • Fun, outgoing, and able to work well with a wide variety of people.
  • Comfortable being the face of the office for vendors, guests, and new hires.
  • Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, manage building and office access, and make sure guests are supported.
  • Coordinate catering for new-joiner breakfasts, team lunches, and other team moments.
  • Own the all-team calendar and ensure everyone is invited and aware of special visits.
  • Shape team culture by planning social events and off-sites.
  • Manage company swag for employees and external events.
  • Keep the kitchenette tidy and stocked.
  • Own snack inventory and reorder before supplies run out.
  • Manage the landlord relationship, including access cards, parking passes, requests, and account administration.

The Gist

We’re looking for an office manager to join our friendly robotics startup — someone to be the face of the office to visitors, set the tone for the team day-to-day, and plan the events that make this an amazing place to work.

What You’ll Do

About Us

Dynamic Creatures is a robotics company designing and building interactive character robots for entertainment and hospitality brands. We are creating a new category of mobile characters that move naturally through guest environments, understand the context of an interaction and respond in real time. Dynamic Creatures offers character-based experiences built on Boston Dynamics and other systems, as well as fully original robots created for a specific brand, environment or story. As Boston Dynamics’ official entertainment and hospitality partner, the company works with entertainment companies to develop guest-facing character experiences designed to feel personal, attentive, and memorable. This role is in-person in Cambridge, MA five days per week.
