Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through canvassing, cold calls, market research, and targeted networking.
Develop a deep understanding of the local economy and real estate market, including tracking ownership details, property trends, and emerging opportunities.
Maintain accurate property and market information in relevant databases.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and continually refine your skills through on-the-job experiences and training.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, economics, or a related field preferred (or equivalent education/experience).
Two or more years of experience as a licensed commercial real estate salesperson.
Proven office leasing experience required.
Strong business development skills a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
California Real Estate License required.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
