This senior leadership role will oversee a Washington State office, driving profitability, growth, and operational excellence across business development, client engagement, and financial performance. The position will partner closely with internal teams and key clients to strengthen the organization's market presence and deliver on strategic goals. This leader will also build a high-performing team and serve as a trusted point of contact for major projects and accounts.

Location: Bellevue, WA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $378,824 – $631,373 annually
