HNTB's Atlanta office is seeking an experienced Office Finance Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls across multiple offices. You will own revenue recognition, cash management, and cost controls while guiding the office leadership and project teams to improved profitability and performance.

You will build and manage a high-performing finance team, oversee month-end close, and ensure accurate financial reporting in line with company policies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of financial, project accounting/analysis, or related experience.
• 2 years of people management experience.
• 8 or more direct and indirect line finance reports, Administration positions are excluded.
• In lieu of education, 14 years of relevant experience and 2 years of people management experience.

• Lead budgeting and monthly analysis, monitor results and recommend improvements.
• Head a project finance team, recruit, develop, and retain staff.
• Manage revenue recognition and control financial data integrity.
• Provide guidance on contracting, cash management, and cost controls.
• Support cash optimization and profitability initiatives for projects.
• Coordinate with office leadership to ensure accurate backlog and forecasts.
