About The Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office & Facilities Project Manager to lead daily operations across our workplace environment. This role blends administrative leadership, office culture, and facilities coordination to ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming space for the team. You’ll own everything from managing vendor relationships to implementing office systems and policies that drive day-to-day effectiveness.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to drive operational efficiency
  • Manage office layout, hot-desking arrangements, and room booking software to optimize space
  • Oversee office supplies inventory, procurement processes, and vendor relationships
  • Plan and execute office projects such as space renovations, upgrades, and relocations
  • Coordinate routine maintenance and ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and functional
  • Lead event planning and team-building initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive office culture
  • Act as the main point of contact for guests and ensure a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience
  • Conduct regular inspections and coordinate repairs or improvements with internal teams and external vendors
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols, including access control and emergency procedures
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and leadership teams to troubleshoot office and facility needs
  • Maintain strong documentation on service contracts, inspections, and project plans

What Makes You a Fit:

  • 5+ years of experience in office management, facilities coordination, or project management
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities with confidence
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you know how to get things done while keeping everyone in the loop
  • Experience overseeing vendor relationships and managing budgets
  • Comfortable managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in office management tools and facility-related software (e.g., hot-desking platforms, project trackers)
  • Ability to lead with a hospitality mindset—creating a space where teams feel productive, supported, and excited to show up
  • Project management certification (PMP) or background in facilities a plus

When making compensation decisions, we consider many factors like role level, market data, location, and relevant experience and skills. For this role, we expect the annual base salary to fall between $75,000-$90,000.
