Physical Rehabilitation Network is seeking an Ergonomist to deliver office ergonomics services for clients in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role combines remote and on-site visits in a hybrid schedule, focusing on reducing ergonomic risks and improving workplace comfort.

The ideal candidate has office ergonomics experience with an ergonomic certification and a health-related bachelor’s degree; at least two years of experience is required.

Competenze

• Ergonomic certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field required; preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of office ergonomics experience.

Mansioni

• Conduct job task analyses via ergonomic evaluations (virtual, telephonic or in-person).
• Provide functional job descriptions.
• Identify accommodations for injured or disabled workers.
• Obtain measurements, video documentation and data.
• Data analysis and risk-based solution implementation.
• Integrate root-cause analysis to ergonomic findings.
• Knowledge of ergonomic equipment/products.
• Identify RSI risks and prevention methods.
• Select alternative devices when necessary.
• Maintain proficiency in ergonomic product knowledge.
• Deliver ergonomic presentations and guides.
• Independently conduct ergonomic assessments: desk/AKP height, chair fittings, monitor and lighting measurements.
