Placements24 is seeking an Industrial Engineer specializing in ergonomics and safety for a fully remote role. You will apply ergonomic principles to workstation design, processes, and procedures to enhance worker well-being and reduce injuries across global facilities.

You will collaborate with EHS and engineering teams, conduct risk assessments, develop safe work practices, and deliver training to employees and management.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial engineering with a focus on ergonomics and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct ergonomic assessments of workstations and processes to identify risks.
• Develop ergonomic solutions to prevent MSDs and improve comfort.
• Advise on safe work procedures and policies in line with industry best practices and regulations.
• Collaborate with EHS teams and engineering to incorporate ergonomics into operations.
• Develop and deliver training on ergonomics and injury prevention to staff and management.
• Analyze accident data to identify trends and plan interventions.
• Stay updated on ergonomics research and safety advancements.
• Participate in new facility design reviews for ergonomic compliance.
• Maintain documentation for assessments, procedures, and training materials.
• Support safety culture and performance improvement initiatives.
